A photogram is a cameraless image made by placing objects on or in front of light sensitive paper which is then exposed to a light source. The resulting image appears as a light silhouettes of the objects.
Artist Allan Forsyth uses this technique to create some magical botanical artworks. These and more can currently be seen at his solo exhibition Vivid Light at Gallery Elena Shchukina in Mayfair, London until the 28th March.
